News, Safari Links and Animal Stories: The Truth about Lions with Jonathon Scott

While on safari in the Masai Mara we were photographing lions. Jonathon Scott, representing the BBC was filming 'The Truth about Lions'. (after clicking on the link, click on the first video on the top left, 'The Truth About Lions'.) Our last morning was especially memorable. We were photographing lions playing on an old dead fig tree as Jonathon was recording a scene from his documentary. The large male of the pride, slowly sauntered up to the film crew's jeep, backed up a bit, lifted his tail and sprayed their jeep as if to say "I own you!"
